EPA – TSCA Compliance
The Toxic Substances Control Act is a regulatory system brought into practice by the Environmental Protection Agency, which prohibits or restricts the production, importation, and sale of potentially hazardous chemicals to human health. This regulatory practice was signed into law on October 11th, 1976 – and any metalworking or chemical manufacturers must notify the EPA prior to importation or production of new substances.
